I’m having trouble downloading the Goals Workbook after purchasing it. Can you help?
Some customers are experiencing difficulties downloading the workbook from their confirmation email. If the link does not work for you, search your email inbox for an email with the subject line: “Welcome to ROOTED Goals!” This email contains a direct link to the workbook. If you experience any other difficulties, please reach out so the team can assist you promptly.
Doors are closed on the subscription box! What do I do?
Dive into the Evergreen Planner right away with our Getting Started Kit. If you want to be alerted when our subscription box becomes available to new subscribers, join the waitlist and you will be alerted in plenty of time to subscribe.
What is your subscription box shipping schedule?
We ship out our Subscription Boxes four times a year. You box will arrive before the start of each quarter.
- Q1 Boxes renew on December 1st and ship by December 10th.
- Q2 Boxes renew on March 1st and ship by March 10th.
- Q3 Boxes renew on June 1st and ship by June 10th.
- Q4 Boxes renew on September 1st and ship by September 10th.
There is a three week window prior to shipping where we take on new subscribers, but regardless of the date you join, your billing and shipping schedule will be synced with the schedule listed above.
How do I join the Subscription Box waitlist?
If you want to be alerted when our subscription box becomes available to new subscribers, click here to join the waitlist and you will be alerted in plenty of time to subscribe. In the meantime, be sure to check out the Getting Started Kit, which is a great way to try the Evergreen Planner system.
How do I skip my subscription?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a way for customers to skip a subscription box through our customer portal, however if you email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) we will be happy to make this adjustment on the backend.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription easily after logging into your customer profile through our website. Email us (email@example.com) if you need any assistance.
Do I use one Monthly booklet each month or switch every 5 weeks?
This is almost entirely a matter of preference, however we do recommend that if you plan to start a new booklet each month, you begin your new booklet on the first Sunday of the month. There are five full weeks of planning in each Monthly booklet, so this provides more than enough planning space for a full month. However, every once in a while there will be a month that spans across six weeks (when the first of the month falls late in the week). To ensure you never run out of planner, it is best to start each new booklet on a Sunday to ensure you aren’t wasting the majority of a planning week at the start, and leaving you short at the end of the month.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of shipping and how easily the booklets are scuffed, we are unable to offer returns on our booklets. If you receive the Cover and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return an unused cover within 14 days of receiving. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your Cover return.
I have a small shop! How do I work with you all to get samples in your sub boxes?
We are so excited to connect with and promote other small shops! Each quarter when we send out our subscription boxes, we like to include at least one sample from a small shop (most often a stationary or personal care brand). Do you have an Instagram collab program?
We love that you are excited about the possibility of collaborating with us! As a startup we have found that we can’t focus on everything, so we aren’t currently running a robust collaboration program. Do you have an affiliate program?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and to the United States. Our goal is to have more options available in the near future! Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the USA. Our leather covers are handmade in Tennessee, our booklets are made in Missouri and Georgia.
What is the Golden Tribe?
The Golden Tribe was a private online community that was active for around a year right after our business launched. After taking time to consider the key goals of our business and what would serve our customers best, we decided to close the tribe in early 2021.
