Our Christ-Centered Approach
As women made in the Image of God, we've been created to fill vitally important spaces in this world.
Crafting productive, vibrant lifestyles is an important part of our dominion work. Therefore, it is crucial that we have space for deep work and mental organization so our long term goals & daily choices will align with what matters most.
Every starting point is Providential.
God is not overwhelmed by our circumstances and how they limit us, but loves work mightily in impossible situations.
Resting in His power motivates us dream big, work hard, and seek to increase our effectiveness, knowing that we serve a good Master who has the very best plan.
God has provided everything we need for life and godliness—including enough time.
Overcoming the scarcity caused by sin, Christ "redeems the years the locusts have eaten" in our lives. His word "equips us for every good work" (including our vocational callings) and to develops our intuition towards the wise stewardship of our time.
Our limitations should compel focus.
Many people find that the more freedom they have, the harder it is to manage their time effectively. Thus, limitations are a gift.
They force personal growth, training us to be discerning, focused, and diligent to follow through on what matters.
"To whom much is given, much is required." As we grow in maturity, wiser decisions will often result in more freedom (more time, healthier finances, more choice, and more trust from others).
The habits of discipline He blessed us with through the struggle of growth will empower us to better steward those privileges.
Grace-driven responsibility will change the world.
It's useless to focus on how we think everyone else should change.
We must take radical personal responsibility for how we as individuals need to grow and better steward our own resources.
Lasting change starts with grace—the Divine influence upon the heart—and flows out from there: into our personal goals, our homes, our work, and into the great needs in our communities.
It is in this quiet way that our hope in His redemptive power becomes a great light shining in the darkness.
Our Story
We’re McCauley & Shelby. We are passionate about seeking first the Kingdom of God in every area of our lives.
We're also sisters (fun fact: we started our first business together when we were 6 & 8), second-generation homeschooling mamas with nine kids between us, and the creators of the Evergreen Planner.
We designed this system to keep up with all of the demands of life while preserving space for deep discipleship, peace, and wonder in our homeschooling days.
