About Our Heirloom Covers
The Heirloom Cover is created in extremely limited-edition small batches, with each hide handpicked for its beauty and character. Because we source high-quality, genuine leather in small quantities, once a batch is sold out, we may not be able to restock that color or texture again. Each Cover is truly distinctive, reflecting the natural qualities of the hide it came from. If you see a Cover you love, don’t wait—it may never return in the same form again.
The Heirloom Cover features four interior elastics, allowing you to carry your Annual and Classic booklets together—with room to spare. (The binder clip included in our Accessory add-on pack is perfect for connecting this month's calendar in the Annual to this week's spread in the Classic.) Use the extra elastics for a journal, sketchbook, or even a favorite novel. Customize your setup to reflect your unique rhythm and keep everything you need close at hand.

Each Cover undergoes multiple rounds of quality review to ensure it meets our highest standards.

Features and FAQs
Each Heirloom Cover will age in its own beautiful way, shaped by the leather’s unique qualities and the habits and environment of its owner. Some covers develop a deep, rich patina quickly, while others remain lighter and more matte over time. The Covers stand up to every adventure—from the rocky side of a waterfall, to the sandy shores of a beach, to the mysterious depths of the catch-all diaper bag. While the Cover somehow manages to maintain its elegance on even the most rugged trail, we do not recommend soaking the Cover with water, leaving it in full sun, or allowing your toddler to decorate it with a sharpie. Our original batch of Covers have stood the test of time since our founding over five years ago, and still look stunning after more than five years of daily use—without any conditioning. However, if you prefer to condition your leather, know that it will likely deepen the color, and the oil may transfer to your booklets until it fully soaks in. We've heard that laying oily leather out on a trampoline tends to do the trick in helping it dry out nicely.
Each Heirloom Cover is crafted from genuine leather, chosen for its natural beauty and lasting strength. As with all authentic leather, you may notice subtle markings, scars, or variations in tone—these aren’t imperfections, but rather unique characteristics that tell the story of the hide. These natural features add richness and individuality to your cover, ensuring that no two are exactly alike. Over time, your leather will develop a beautiful patina, becoming even more personal and beloved with every season of use.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept planner booklets that have markings in or on them for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at hello@evergreenplanner.com.

If you’re thinking about the Heirloom, let me tell you it’s worth it! I can keep my Annual and Weekly booklets in it, and two other small notebooks (the “Field Notes” notebooks work great) in the elastic without a problem. The surplus of pockets has essentially turned this into my wallet as well! And it’s delightfully high quality - can’t beat real leather!
I have been enjoying my London Fog so much! A beautiful blue-grey leather that’s so “happy” and bright to see and pick up. I very much wanted a lighter, cheerful color for my cover and this one really makes me smile. The thick leather is sumptuous, the smell divine, and the way everything comes together is just so perfect - something that makes me grateful I made the purchase every day. Craftsmanship is top notch.

I absolutely love my cover - it was a bit indulgent but the system was such a success for me that I splurged and got the cover to properly house the booklets and it was the BEST DECISION EVER! I cannot stress the lush tactile feel of real, sumptuously soft leather and how I enjoy seeing my planner throughout the day so nicely organized as a whole. I keep the annual calendar card and my kids sports schedules tucked in the back pocket, the front is more short term notes, perforated lists from weekly booklet, and in mini pocket I have a postit list pad. It truly does perfectly encapsulate the booklet system and does so beautifully. I’ve had my cover 3 months and it’s slightly softened to surround the books in a dreamy way like my husband’s leather wallet or my favorite leather loafers. The leather is so thick and substantially sewn that I am quite sure this cover will live forever. Get one, you deserve the treat of using it every single day. C:
I waited a bit before buying the cover, but I wish I had got it sooner! It's worth every penny. I feel luxurious every time I use it, and I don't mind it laying out in my living room because it's just so pretty. I've always hated the aesthetics of most planners, but this one is so quality and so minimal. It's such a pleasure to use every single time. I know it will wear well and last for many years to come!
