At Evergreen Planner, we are committed to serve you with integrity and clarity. Below you’ll find the key details of our refund, shipping, and subscription policies.
Standard Return Window (U.S. & International): You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
EU Customers: In accordance with EU law, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable: Written-in booklets, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items: Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Process: To start a return, email abby@evergreenplanner.com. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Banks/credit cards may take longer to post.)
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, email abby@evergreenplanner.com.
Processing Times: Orders are typically packaged and shipped within a few business days. Pre-orders take longer.
Carriers & Delays: We work to ship promptly, but occasional delays can occur.
International Orders: We ship internationally. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If you encounter issues, email us and we’ll help troubleshoot.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency you select (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Manage or cancel future renewals anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.
Cancellations apply to future charges only. Orders already processed are handled under the return policy.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are for items not yet in stock.
If only a deposit is paid, you may cancel and receive a refund before fulfillment.
If paid in full, you may request cancellation before shipping. After shipment, the return policy applies.
