Refunds, Shipping & Subscriptions Policy

At Evergreen Planner, we are committed to serve you with integrity and clarity. Below you’ll find the key details of our refund, shipping, and subscription policies.

Refunds & Returns

  • Standard Return Window (U.S. & International): You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • EU Customers: In accordance with EU law, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable: Written-in booklets, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

  • Process: To start a return, email abby@evergreenplanner.com. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Banks/credit cards may take longer to post.)

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, email abby@evergreenplanner.com.

Shipping

  • Processing Times: Orders are typically packaged and shipped within a few business days. Pre-orders take longer.

  • Carriers & Delays: We work to ship promptly, but occasional delays can occur.

  • International Orders: We ship internationally. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If you encounter issues, email us and we’ll help troubleshoot.

  • Order Questions: For updates or concerns about your order status, contact abby@evergreenplanner.com.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency you select (monthly, quarterly, etc.).


    • Manage or cancel future renewals anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.

    • Cancellations apply to future charges only. Orders already processed are handled under the return policy.


  • Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are for items not yet in stock.


    • If only a deposit is paid, you may cancel and receive a refund before fulfillment.

    • If paid in full, you may request cancellation before shipping. After shipment, the return policy applies.
