To help you master this approach, your membership includes the Evergreen Planning Method Course—a 6-week training you can begin as soon as you're ready. As you move through the course, you’ll be organizing your actual life step by step. Each challenge leads you to examine the real details of your habits, priorities, and schedule so you can gain radical clarity.

The Evergreen Planning Method Course is designed so you don’t have to wade through theory, jargon, or hustle-culture inspired commitments before seeing results. From the very first lesson, you’ll be working with the real details of your own life—making practical, meaningful adjustments as you go. It does take intention and effort, but the work feels purposeful and life-giving because every step brings you closer to clarity and peace in your daily rhythms.

Most students follow the recommended pace of completing one challenge per week. Each challenge usually takes 1–5 hours, depending on your unique life dynamics. By about the fourth week, many students begin to experience the shift, often posting in the forums with amazement: “There really IS enough time!”

While students often find that 6-week reset commitment to be most effective, the course is ultimately self-paced. You can move through it more slowly if needed—or return to it whenever you want a refresh. In fact, many of our students cycle back through it every few months (sometimes even forming spontaneous student-led cohorts), building precept upon precept and becoming more rooted and confident in their time-management with each pass.

The ROOTED Goals Workbook is designed to be the natural next step after completing Renew. It leads you through vision-casting each year and then helps you set deeply compelling (and mercifully realistic) goals each quarter.

Each time you walk through the workbook, you’ll also update your rhythms and habits so they directly support and fuel your goals (while simultaneously setting goals that support the kind of life you actually want to live).

Each pass through the ROOTED Goals Workbook will also guide you step-by-step through the process of updating your rhythms and habits so that they directly support and fuel the success of your ROOTED Goals. Because of the clarity and confidence you’ve gained in Renew, you’ll approach these steps each quarter with clarity and skill, making the process deeply life-giving.

First of all—amazing, and we applaud you! Rest assured, we would never ask you to abandon systems that are already serving you well. In fact, one of the very first steps in the course is identifying which habits and rhythms are working so you can reinforce and build on them.

This isn’t a “basic” time-management course with a Christian twist. The Evergreen Planning Method reimagines productivity from the ground up, beginning with the conviction that God has given His people enough time to accomplish everything He intends. Hello, friend! We’ve worked hard to make the Collective a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where students can truly thrive. While the vast majority of our students are Christians and naturally share from that perspective, our community guidelines ensure that every student is respected and that conversations stay on-topic—free from unnecessary debates.

That being said, there are a couple of things you may want to know before diving in:

• Faith perspective: All of our content is written from an explicitly Christian perspective. While it’s extremely practical and helpful for anyone, it is rooted in the assumption that the student is a follower of Jesus.

• Community guidelines: Our community spaces are designed to be respectful and focused. Students are expected to honor one another’s dignity while keeping conversations aligned with biblical values. Posts that promote or endorse ideas contrary to the commands of Jesus (such as LGBT ideology, abortion, or chauvinism) will be removed, and persistent violations will result in posting and messaging privileges being revoked.

• Staying on-topic: Politically-charged or off-topic debates (such as about vaccinations) are not permitted in order to preserve the community’s life-giving focus. The full set of guidelines is available inside the Collective so expectations are always clear.

These boundaries have made the Collective a truly pleasant, Christ-centered, and life-giving place for women from different walks of life—united by a shared desire for intentional living—to connect, encourage one another, and grow together.

If your wife has joined the Membership, you are totally welcome to go through it with her without purchasing your own seat. A lot of couples have even gone through the exercises together (including within Team Evergreen!) and have experienced it to be very fruitful.

If you're not the husband of a student and you're interested in this for yourself, you are welcome to join us.(Heads up, though: the content  is written in a way that assumes the student is a homeschooling mama, and uses exclusively feminine pronouns, anecdotes, and aesthetics. Even so, the exercises and principles themselves have been proven to be thoroughly practical and applicable to both men and women in any season of life.)

The physical Evergreen Planner System also has a few feminine flourishes in its design, but we often see husbands purchasing their own planners and enjoying the system. We've been asked if we plan to create a dedicated "men's planner" and while that is on our radar, we have not yet opened a waitlist for it. When we do decide to undertake that project, we'll be doing extensive research with men who are willing to field-test and help tweak the system so that it works best for their preferences, way of thinking, and priorities.
