I think the annual is such a simply but efficient way to plan the year. I would love a few extra pages at the beginning for annual goal setting notes, but otherwise its great!
The first year i havent needed to shop around and try a new planner system. I am completely sold to Evergreen and their method. The Classic Day Planner is such a game changer for actually making progress on goals while living in context of the everyday to dos I have as a mom, homekeeper, and mother teacher.
Wonderful Item
I love the lite weekly planner. It is helpful to have when life is a little bit slower and helps me focus on the top three things each day. With the regular weekly planner, sometime my brain tries to complete all 20 items on my list in one day instead of the whole week. This lite weekly planner is perfect to be focused and not write a list of 20 items per day but only 3-5.
So far I think I’m headed in the right direction, so grateful to have found Evergreen:-)
GORGEOUS Craftsmanship
This is actually my second Heirloom cover (my other one that’s several years old is still going strong!) and I bought this one because I simply wanted another color. It’s GORGEOUS and totally lives up to my hopes. I feel so luxurious when I use it, and it makes planning my day feel like self-care instead of a chore. You can bet I’ve had lots of people ask me about it, too. It’s a great conversation piece and fits in beautifully with my decor- so I don’t feel like I need to put it away all the time. This means it can stay out- and stay top of mind! 10/10 would recommend!
So intuitive and beautifully laid out. I love that i can use it more intensely or sparingly depending on the season without that feeling of “wasting” a planner space.
My brain on paper. I love the flexibility of this. The simplicity makes it so easy to adapt as the season requires. The foldable/readable Dutch doors are a game changer to see my week AND daily spreads together.

Perfect Annual
I have bought one of these annuals since the onset of Evergreen. I love the size and design… simple and organized. It’s perfect to keep my whole year's calendar of appointments, events, and to-do list at my finger tips. Hope you never stop producing them. Absolute necessity
I have used these for a quarter now and the system has transformed our days and helped me get the necessary done while plugging in the heart goals I’ve had for years. I’m a checklist enthusiast but this is more than that. Balancing multiple roles can make it challenging to realistically see how much I will be able to get done. With the Classic Planner layout and EGP planning method, I was able to break down important projects, keep up with home care, AND fill my soul with great books, movement, and community. Excited for another quarter!
Lite
This is the second time I've bought the light and I absolutely love it. In different seasons of life I feel like I've needed different thing. The classic is great when I need more structure but the lite has been awesome for seasons where i can't find enough consistency for the original but still need help to keep things straight. I jump back and forth depending on the week right now, I'm a brand new mom with a 7 week old and some weeks we need more while others we need less. I love having options for each!

This great little planner has definitely become one of my faves. Lots of space to add notes for each month, and love that it’s not pre-dated, so I can pivot if needed and hop a month ahead or so!

If you’re thinking about the Heirloom, let me tell you it’s worth it! I can keep my Annual and Weekly booklets in it, and two other small notebooks (the “Field Notes” notebooks work great) in the elastic without a problem. The surplus of pockets has essentially turned this into my wallet as well! And it’s delightfully high quality - can’t beat real leather!
A productivity system that actually works for me as a homeschooling, work at home mom.
As a long time planner/productivity addict, I really loved the idea of the Evergreen planner system, but the Renew course really unlocked it's full potential for me, and it's such a powerful tool for me day to day!
So many of the courses and books I've read have been written by men, and have been geared for people that have full control over their working hours. The Renew system actually works for me as a homeschooling mom who works from home. It helped me actually implement (and review) a lot of the tools that I've learned elsewhere and see how they can fit into my real day to day life.
I really do feel like I've gained my time back and no longer spend so much energy spinning my wheels everyday.
Amazing quality materials & craftsmanship
I have been enjoying my London Fog so much! A beautiful blue-grey leather that’s so “happy” and bright to see and pick up. I very much wanted a lighter, cheerful color for my cover and this one really makes me smile. The thick leather is sumptuous, the smell divine, and the way everything comes together is just so perfect - something that makes me grateful I made the purchase every day. Craftsmanship is top notch.

All this fits in the gorgeous leather cover. It is so soft and supple and fits the Classic Planner, the Annual Planer and more! There is so much space! I have an additional small notebook in mine. I use this for taking notes at meetings, zooms and phone calls. The small loops in back are great for adding a pencil, pen and wash tape. A nice little add on purchase is the accessory pack that includes pretty paperclips and a binder clip to help me find the pages I’m using at the moment.
I am so excited I discovered the Evergreen Planning System and I look forward to using for many years to come.

Amazing long term planner!
I love this planner because it helps you keep track of your long term goals and the progress you are making towards them. I have always set goals at the end of every year, but there has always been a disconnect between my daily responsibilities and those goals. This planner helps you reach your goals by allowing you to keep your goals in front of you and monitor your progress monthly. There is plenty of flex space for writing out all the specific steps you need to take in order to achieve the big goals. The Rooted Goals Workbook helps you with this and this planner is the perfect place for keeping everything contained and in front of you. Highly recommend!
Best planner I’ve ever used!
This is BY FAR the best planner I have ever used. It has plenty of space for each day (two pages) and it is organized to aid you in planning your day but not so much so that you can’t let your thoughts flow. There is a Timeblocking section, a to do section, a top three goals section, gratitude section, lessons and victories sections, and flex space for you to use as you choose. This planner is my favorite of the ones Evergreen offers and I tell everyone about them! You won’t regret buying it!
Best planner in the world
I am not exaggerating, this planner is absolutely the best in the world. It has two full pages per day in the classic, which I love (and need). The annual is perfect for keeping track of long term goals and progress towards those. The cover perfectly keeps everything contained and easy to access. No more piles of notebooks, index cards, and post it notes. I take it everywhere. This planner has made a huge difference in my life and it will in yours as well! I promise you won’t regret buying it!

LOVE the flexibility!
Ok, this annual calendar booklet is amazing! I absolutely LOVE that it is COMPLETELY undated-not even the months are labeled so you can literally start anytime in the year (no more feeling wasteful if you’re not starting in January or August) or if you fall off the planner train for a month or two you can pick it back up and not have ANY wasted space (yes, sadly, I’ve totally done that).
You can decorate it or keep it simple and there is plenty of open space for writing in monthly tasks, goals, notes, or your regular weekly schedule. I love how slim and easy it is to carry around too.
The only planner I’ll ever use
I’ve tried so many planners over the years and kept hoping I would find “The One”. Nothing really compelled me to stick with it for long. Now that I’ve tried the Evergreen system, I can’t imagine wanting to use any other planner, I love it that much!
The Evergreen planner system is beautiful, simple and extremely flexible. The Heirloom Cover is so luxurious and beautiful and a perfect size: it holds a lot when you need it to, but it’s still small enough to easily take with you when on the go.
I LOVE that the annual and day planners are completely undated-you can literally start them anytime. The unique Dutch door system is not just a gimmick; it really works and makes planning out days and weeks so much simpler.
This planner isn’t magical, (no fairy dust included unfortunately) managing one’s time still takes some effort and commitment to follow through BUT this elegant planning system really helps streamline the process and is a joy to use.

I absolutely love how the annual has space for plenty of notes, lists and planning pages to keep track of everything! Some months I make it super pretty, and sometimes it just has things to do each month. It’s such a wonderful tool!
So Clean & Easy to use
The Classic day planner is EVERYTHING you need in a weekly and daily planner. The Dutch doors make it easy to find everything so you don’t get lost in your planner. I love all the space for notes, lists, and the space for time blocking reminds you of your need to rest and not stuff your days too full. The daily gratitude is always a wonderful reminder to see joy in everyday too!

This is my favorite!
I have tried many planners. I've always looked for one that had unique features. I found the Dutch door idea and tried to recreate it with a basic notebook. I really enjoyed it, but it was too big and hard to set it up and make sure not to tear the whole page out instead of just the edge! I just bought my first Classic Planner a couple months the ago and waiting for the perfect time to start. Well, we know there's never a perfect time! I started for February. I just purchased the classic to make sure it's something I can stick with. So far, I've really enjoyed it! ❤️

I got this as a gift for Christmas 2021. I promise I'm not exaggerating when I say it completely turned my days around. As a former teacher turned stay at home mom of two littles, this planner has everything I need to be my best self. The built in reflection and goal setting spaces are a perfect micro-journal while not taking too much precious real estate from the planning and lists that help my days function. The perfect marriage of creativity and practicality.
Amazing overview tool
I am in a crazy busy season in life, when I ordered the system I knew the weekly was an instant game-changer but I didn’t know if there was enough calendar space in this Annual for all the things I needed - armed with a thin .38 sized ink pen I surprised myself and got it ALL in!! I cannot imagine my life without this system and this book is a very important component - it keeps all my scheduled things organized in the grid and I use the notes pages (GENIUS!) to make month activity specific lists. I have been printing out a small photo of the kids each month to washi tape in for memories. I suffer from anxiety and resulting migraines so before I found Evergreen I was constantly struggling to juggle everything single-handedly and never getting it done because I didn’t have the Evergreen skills to pivot, to layout your top 3, to schedule in blocks… I love this system because it absolutely works no matter what season you are in and the intuitive layout is just BRILLIANT! These women deserve recognition for the truly profound positive impact they have on anyone who gets it in their hands - this has seriously changed my overall health and wellbeing, thereby improving the functionality and happiness of my whole family. The whole system works together seamlessly, perfectly, and this Annual is the first piece.
Such a little thing brings so much unexpected joy
I added this on my order because it’s OUR planner and it’s subtle coloring and beautiful design are my aesthetic so I “had” to get it. After having it for awhile now I realize that in addition to being a super pretty accent it’s also really handy for artfully taping items in my planner - so much better than boring scotch tape! Being honest though, most importantly, whenever I see the tape it just makes me smile c:
A gift for yourself that keeps giving!
I absolutely love my cover - it was a bit indulgent but the system was such a success for me that I splurged and got the cover to properly house the booklets and it was the BEST DECISION EVER! I cannot stress the lush tactile feel of real, sumptuously soft leather and how I enjoy seeing my planner throughout the day so nicely organized as a whole. I keep the annual calendar card and my kids sports schedules tucked in the back pocket, the front is more short term notes, perforated lists from weekly booklet, and in mini pocket I have a postit list pad. It truly does perfectly encapsulate the booklet system and does so beautifully. I’ve had my cover 3 months and it’s slightly softened to surround the books in a dreamy way like my husband’s leather wallet or my favorite leather loafers. The leather is so thick and substantially sewn that I am quite sure this cover will live forever. Get one, you deserve the treat of using it every single day. C:
The Full Evergreen Planner System
A Happy Accident
I didn't realize my payment info needed updating and when it was time for my Classic subscription to ship...well, it didn't. I realized I hadn't gotten my order two days before my Classics ran out. Fortunately, my daughter had a Lite planner booklet and gave it to me to try. I just spent some time setting it up and I love it. This planner is the right amount of space for me to sort out my life. For me, the Classic has too much room and I feel compelled to fill all of it up, even when I don't really have anything to schedule. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks -- seeing how the Lite works in real life.
Lite
I purchased this because I have a hybrid work schedule and needed flexibility to plan household chores and projects. The Lite version provides weekly flexibility for these tasks and more. I combine this with the monthly planner. The monthly is used for my budget by paycheck. Great combination! I hope the Lite planner will be included in future Evergreen planner subscriptions.
This Planner Disrupts the Planner Market in the Best of Ways!
Most planners set you up for idealistic perfectionism. Either an inflexible standard that you *do* stick to but that doesn't allow for quick pivots as God brings changes and providential circumstances into your life, OR an idealistic idea of how your life should look that you try and fail at, resulting in despairing that you can ever be "disciplined". The evergreen planner disrupts that in the best of ways! Bringing a goal setting system (ROOTED Goals) and a gorgeous planner that's adaptable for real life together into one cohesive system. This planner is the only one that has made actual sense to my ADHD brain! It beautifully allows for the times I feel the Holy Spirit's nudge to pivot or pause so I can have a needed conversation or when things outside of my control happen and change my plans. Instead of feeling like I need to toss my plan out of the window, I can gracefully pivot and not lose focus. This planner has, hands down, changed my life more than any other productivity tool or book.

I’m in love with this system! I tried out the free printable and joined the first free month online Collective and learned so much about how to really organize ALL THE THINGS and make my days work EFFICIENTLY! I think the best thing about this is that at the end of the day I feel like I was in control - even when things went off track - I knew my top priorities and felt like I triumphed regardless. I can’t tell you how good winning feels, try the system and you’ll understand. I have time to actually enjoy a cup of coffee without feeling guilty because touching down midday in my planned is scheduled 💕 This system takes every ball you juggle and gives it it’s own space so you can really focus on the overall and the individual balls together so nothing gets dropped. Phenomenal. Mind blowing. Required system for anyone serious about effectively managing their time.
Game Changer
The Classic Day Planner really helps me to be more thoughtful in how I approach my daily planning. I bought this because I was looking for something fresh with room for my personal creativity. Vague Mental To-Do List to Real, Actionable To-Do List
When I started Taming Your To Do List, I was worried that so many of the things floating around in my head (necessary things, different anxieties, ideal projects, etc) wouldn't translate to a good to-do list and just be a text-block of overwhelm- but in working through this guide, the Evergreen Team takes the mess of a mental load and breaks it down into approachable categories, and then breaks these down further into thematic and temporal lists- then all is given an appropriate and useful place within the Evergreen planner system. At the end of it, my entire 'braindump' page was migrated to and organized place and time!
I use it to plan and document life!
I bought it because I always need to see the big picture (the year and month) along with the smaller one (day and week). I use it to refresh my memory about goals, especially if the season called for a shift from one kind of activity or focus, to a different rhythm. It helps me to not be on autopilot about my life. I've also used it to keep mementos and document what I did, or what was moving or funny. I love paging back and looking through what I wrote (or kept). It's a sweet way to keep a calendar:)
Approachable yet elevated, actionable goals curriculum
The Rooted Goals Workbook takes the reader through concrete, written processes to discern and develop real and appropriate goals for your reality. This is an authentically Christian approach to goal setting, abiding in the truth that we are in the world but not of the world- we have time, talent, and treasure given to us by God that we are responsible for! To utilize not for ourselves but for the greater glory of God. This book is so encouraging in that respect; I speak as a SAHM who sometimes really struggles to remember and live this in the day-to-day. But using the Evergreen Planner everyday is helping me. St. Theresa of Avila said that “God goes with you amidst the pots and pans,” encouraging that it isn’t just lofty goals and epic tasks that bring us closer to Him- it’s the daily habits that shape our lives and spiritual dispositions. Having listened to the Make Space to Thrive podcast episodes, and read through the Rooted Goals Workbook, I am encouraged, and have solid direction, and specific tasks to help me live in a ROOTED way.

Breathing room is what comes to mind when I think about the Rooted Goals Workbook. It is a gentle and thorough process to walk you through the myriad of plans and to-dos usually running around in one's head looking for order and timing! I especially appreciate the way this tool helps you root what you need, want, and hope to do in who you are. Taking into account your season and what is important for you. Herein lies the gentle and helpful wisdom of this small wisdom-packed workbook. This gentle wisdom is present in all the tools this lovely brand makes.
A goal-setting system I actually want to use!
The goal-setting pages are the parts I would normally avoid in my other planners. Why make a bunch of unattainable New Year’s resolutions anyway? I felt like I would just be confronted with my failures all the time.
The Rooted Goals workbook and the ROOTED approach to goal setting is changing that for me. I’m using the digital copy of the workbook and although I haven’t finished it yet I have listened to all the podcast episodes and am so excited to use this tool! The encouragement to pursue God’s calling and purpose for my life (keeping in mind where He has placed me already) is so freeing and inspiring. Focusing on “next right step” goals instead of “wishful thinking” or super lofty goals has encouraged me that goal-setting CAN be useful and practical.

A simple, elegant tool for organizing my time
I have tried a lot of planners, but many left me feeling burdened and trying to figure out how to use all the spaces in their layout. It almost felt like I was working *for* my planner instead of the other way around! Finally, with the Classic planner’s simple, flexible layout, I feel like I have a planner that does what I need it to do-whatever kind of day I’m having. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is because I would like to see higher quality paper used. I experienced quite a bit of shadowing and bleed through from my fountain pens. With more fountain-pen friendly paper it would be 5 stars!
I’m editing this now on 2/20/2024 because I have been using the classic day planner consistently for the past several months and the issue with my fountain pens is not as bad as I thought at first. I still need to be careful to use fine nibs but have found several pen and ink combos I can use comfortably and this neat little planner really deserves 5 stars otherwise. If it was *perfect* for fountain pens then it would be 10/5 stars! ⭐️
A Refreshing and Intentional Goal System
The word "Goal" reminded me of how many times I have not followed through with mine. But looking back, my goals were not truly anchored to a strong foundation and the way I was trying to accomplish those goals was not realistic. I highly recommend listening to the "Make Space to Thrive" podcast episode 17. I could not stop nodding my head as they explained the ROOTED goals system. My prayer has been to steward my time well. This goal system is a key component to doing that. I cannot recommend enough to take a moment to listen or read about this goal system. It is like no other I have ever experienced and I absolutely love it is God centered.
Like no other planner I've tried!...
...and I have tried many! What I love: dutch doors allow me to see the overview of the week and plans for that day all at once. There are no time slots, I can customize this depending on my season in life. Free space allows me to make this my own and use it as needed. I also love to come back to this space at the end of the day and fill in what really happened or special memories. The top three: to do lists can get overbearing, the top three helps me focus and prioritize. Lastly, I love the habit tracker. I am very aware how important it is for me to start incorporating better habits and this is a great way to see it daily.
Buy this if you hate goal setting!
I’ve always hated goal setting and found it a pointless exercise (I prefer to just make plans or task lists), but this system is different! It’s taught me that goals don’t have to be big, lofty ideas - they can simply be identifying the next right things to focus on in this season of life, then figuring out how to make those things happen in the context of my life. I also seriously love that it fits in my planner! I feel like half the battle with previous goalsetting has been having it in a format that didn’t match up with the planner system I was using. So I’m much more likely to stick with this and refer back to it. Clari and Shelby did a beautiful job putting the system together!
Flexible for your planning needs
I love how flexible this book is! Our family has a master online calendar + a kitchen whiteboard calendar, so I use this for my personal monthly inspiration. We’re Catholic, so I use the calendar section for feast days and prayer reminders, and the opposite page for seasonal goals, prayer of the month and daily reminders. It’s such a nice spread to look at each morning as I do my daily planning. I also use the next two blank pages of the annual for goal and rhythm work - so handy to have all in one place!
Dump your mental load
This was the first Evergreen product I tried, and it got me hooked! This easy-to-use book helps you get your entire mental load out of your brain and on to paper - then sort it into actions, goals and ideas. I still do a mini “braindump” exercise at the start of every week (using the Classic booklet), and I’ll go through the entire book again when I start to feel cluttered. Highly recommend if you are feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list!
You need this planner!
The transition from corporate America to homemaking, childcare and working from home was rough on me. All the organizational systems I once had in place no longer worked. I am so grateful for this planner! The weekly and daily worksheets in the Classic book have helped me reorganize my life in a way that makes sense for this season. And they’re flexible enough to support you through major lifestyle changes. If you are a mom with kids at home and you work, homeschool, volunteer or have active hobbies - you need this planner!!

It was what literally turned my eyes over to this brand:) But the Dutch doors, allowing me to glance both my week and the day's tasks, was the feature that got me to try the whole thing. I like filling out the monthly and in the process think through what my calendar will look like and notice my own life rhythms, my commitments, and my season each time I do it. This simple activity slows me down and helps me to organize my days with grace.

This layout is so unique and intuitive! I love the fact that you can see your week at a glance, everyday! And the weekly dashboard is something that works so well with the way that I think. I can separate tasks by theme and sort them throughout the week. I absolutely LOVE the journaling prompts and the habit trackers! It definitely helps me reflect. Highly recommend this daily planner!
An answered prayer
I found this planner one late night up with my baby, and ended up watching all of the videos on the evergreen YouTube channel. I am someone who loves to try planners but sometimes has a hard time sticking to them. Not this time! The system and the heart behind it intrigued me, but the information and the community made me stay! The entire system is so intuitive and helps to prioritize and also reflect on your day. The leather cover is the best - seriously! I have tried lots from different companies and this one is by far my favorite. I love this system and highly recommend.
Like the ROOTED workbook, but condensed!
If you're hesitant to jump into the ROOTED workbook, allow me to recommend its "little sister", Taming Your Todo List! It walks you through the chaos in your brain and helps you tease out where and how to start what is weighing on you.
An extremely useful tool regardless of your planner usage or season of life!
Like many millennials, I've tried paper planners and digital planners, and just about everything in between... but nothing has been *it*.
As a mom of young kids, a wife to a firefighter/paramedic, and finally understanding that I have an ADHD brain, means life is... well, a little beyond chaotic, and very much by the seat of our pants. Routines? We don't know her... we WANT to, we NEED to, but the irregularities of our lives and brains make things very difficult to sort out, no less nail down.
The ROOTED Goals Workbook (generously gifted to me) was exactly the thing I needed to get the roiling to-do-thoughts out of my head and then, the best part, SORTED and prioritized, but in the most beautiful, gently guiding way, not at all a "XYZ goes here", "do this at this point" or anything that would make one feel shame or condescended to.
I feel a bit out of my depth in a good way; like this is stretching my capabilities, much like learning how to swim in the "deep end", its a little scary, a little thrilling, and it will take practice... I know I'll be picking this workbook back up pretty regularly until I get the hang of sorting my thoughts out. And isn't that what makes a good tool a good one? One you can turn to again and again, still finding it useful and adding to one's life? A tool that helps one learn and become a better person, helps them shape themselves into the person they are striving to be?

Learning to Use this Powerhouse!
I've been using the Evergreen Planner for about 2 years now, but it's only been in the last 6 months or so that I've really started using my annual! I have so much to learn still (it's a powerhouse when combined with the classic!) but it is fun to slowly learn how to use my planner to more of it's potential as I slowly build my planner muscles. The planner gives me a bigger picture view than the classic's more weekly/daily preview. This is a tool you definitely want to utilize!
Form and Function
I've tried a lot of different planner formats, including the complete DIY BuJo method, but for real consistency, I needed something that came with some structure. I'm more of a minimalist as well, so that preference disqualified a lot of planners out there. When I saw the Evergreen Classic, I was immediately in love with its minimalist yet thorough format! The dutch door feature is so neat; it integrates your current day into the whole week. I love the habit tracker on the right hand side as well (something from a different planner I'd been missing). The fact that the planner starts when you write in it is something I really appreciate, as there's no more wasted weeks or months when you pick up a new booklet and it happens to be after the start of the calendar or academic year. The day's spread really covers everything, and the lower prompts are a great encouragement to keep focused on what matters, even if your to-do list is piled up with the seemingly mundane. It has a beautiful form, and it functions so well- it's hard to make both of these qualities coexist!
Beautifully Simple
Having gone through so many planners, and often fussing to find the appropriate calendar versus academic year format, the layout of this annual booklet is beautifully simple! The calendar grid is on every fifth page (three pages to elaborate on each month), but unlabeled and unnumbered- your planner starts the very day you start writing in it. For the other pages, I do appreciate the dotted grid format; I've found it's much more open to creativity than lined.
The Last Planner I'll Ever Buy
I've had so many different planners throughout the years. I was a teacher for nine years, so I really put them to work. Various presets from stores, Bullet Journal attempts, etc. I loved the simplicity of the BuJo, but not as a busy mother of 3, didn't do well curating every page. When I came across EP last Thanksgiving (thank you Black Friday sale sponsored IG post!) I pretty much immediately fell in love with the booklet layouts. Minimalist, subtly feminine, well-ordered. And I love the quality of longevity of this natural material, a well-crafted leather good. And beyond the Annual and Classic booklets, it's truly customizable with more space to hold other notebooks and books (my monthly Magnificat devotional fits perfectly). This is a beautiful product that will last for decades (the elastics can be easily replaced when they wear out), and the booklets (or any other A5 notebook) can be interchanged as necessary. I've had it for half a year so far, and I look forward to this being a tool at my side for decades to come!
Taming Your To Do List Took Me to the Next Level
Going through the exercises in the Taming Your To Do List PDF helped me take my planning skills to the next level! Not only did I gain a ton of clarity (instead of feeling like I was bouncing from task to task!), but I also learned some fun new skills (like how to use my dutch door tear offs) that helped to break me out of my comfort zone. I'm definitely going to be incorporating them into my planner rhythm!

I bought this planner because I was friends with one of the creators of the planner, and I saw her life go from disorganized and overwhelmed to confident and productive! I didn't know what she had done, but I knew whatever it was, I needed it in my life! I stalked her socials until I found her blog posts about ROOTED goals and her brand-new planner. I'm so glad I bought this, because it's literally been life-changing! This booklet is a total boss, and definitely a good place to start if you want to just try out the system. That's what I did, and I bought all the rest a week later when I realized how phenomenal this system is!
The Only Planner I've Ever Used Consistently!
I've tried SOOOO many planners over the years (If you're thinking of it, I've prolly tried it.) and I tried the Evergreen Planner as a last-ditch effort. If this one didn't work, I was going to conclude that planners must not work for me.
I bought the classic only at first to give it a try, and was immediately intrigued. I love the dutch door layout! I used to spend so much time trying to find things in my other planners, and with this one, I could flip exactly where I wanted to go.
As I've used this planner for the past year+, it's not only made me an avid planner girl, but it's revolutionized how I think about time-management from the ground up. Even on a day when I don't get to my planner, I can go through my day with much more ease and productivity because of how it's trained me to think. I'm forever grateful to the Evergreen Planner team for creating this planner! To say that it's changed my life isn't an overstatement. Together with the ROOTED goals workbook, it's given me time-management superpowers I never thought I would have. 10/10 you need to try it!
I am driving again!
I had spent eight years without driving a vehicle. I live in an area where driving is a necessity, so I had to arrange for rides, for myself and kids, for literally everything. I have bad vision, and was listening to all the reasons in my head about why I was just in that time of life where this was my new normal. As I worked my way through the Rooted Goals workbook, I found that it was a much bigger hindrance, than I had realized, to achieving any of my other goals. The workbook helped me realized what I needed to do in order to change my circumstances, and now I am driving again! What inspiration I have now to move on to my next adventure! The title of this system really rings true to me now. We can all live like evergreens, putting out our best towards a rich and beautiful life every day! Thanks Evergreen!
Great at combining practical structure with customizable flexibility.
I bullet journaled for 5 solid years, in college, and afterwards while I was working an IT job. But in early 2020 I changed jobs and realized after just a couple of months that I needed more structure for my planning than my bullet journal was able to provide. For a few months I used a planner that I got online for super cheap (because it was April 2020). I used it for time blocking my work week and tracking all the new meetings and events. But after a few months I adopted the digital version of the Evergreen Planner. It was free, and amazing and I loved being able to copy the daily spread every morning and erase what I didn't need and keep going with what I did. I used that for about a year. Then I decided I needed to go back to paper to limit distractions. For financial reasons, I used another paper planner for most of 2022, but by November, I was ready to make the switch to the paper version of the Evergreen Planner.
As of right now, my 3 most used features are the time blocker on the daily pages, and the blank spread and Dutch Door at the beginning of the weeks. I keep a running shopping list on the Dutch Door during the week, then tear it off and take it to the store with me on Saturdays. The blank spread I have been using to list out my tasks for the week.
I do wish the dot grid was a bit lighter. Sometimes writing with pencil, if I don't intentionally try to write over dots, its harder to read at a glance.

The feature that's made the biggest difference for me is the dutchdoor. It was the trait that made me want to try the evergreen planner and which has kept me using it. To see the week at a glance alongside the day's schedule is a game changer. I also love that the weekly spread is split into three columns. I'm taking graduate classes. My demanding academic load has its own place for me to dump all the deadlines and projects. I shift the other columns depending on the season. Some months one may be for freelance projects, and another for home or personal tasks. The space is super useful and flexible.
And I love how beautiful it all stores, along with the annual, in the cover. It's truly a luxurious looking and durable planner. Worth the investment if you're looking for breathing room to organize your days in space with just enough structure and ample flexibility.
It's super helpful to gauge my mental energy...
After my husband gifted me the cover (in gorgeous cognac!) I saved up to start filling it. I like the annual's simplicity. I enjoy putting in the dates for each month, myself. The act slows me down, and helps me think about the months ahead. I also like the extra pages between each month, which I use any number of ways. This year, most months, I've used the space to record particular days where something happened that was meaningful, hard, or important. To keep the record of that right beside the actual month, filled with regular calendar things, deadlines, and appointments, gives me a visual of my days. It's super helpful to gauge my mental energy, my emotions, and track the flow. The first pages at the start of the annual, I use to write summaries of my vision casting for the year, big picture goals, and words and prayers of encouragement. I really like this little booklet where I can pack and glance my year, month by month.

I waited a bit before buying the cover, but I wish I had got it sooner! It's worth every penny. I feel luxurious every time I use it, and I don't mind it laying out in my living room because it's just so pretty. I've always hated the aesthetics of most planners, but this one is so quality and so minimal. It's such a pleasure to use every single time. I know it will wear well and last for many years to come!

Evergreen Entrepreneur
I bought this because of the entrepreneur meetings but have only been able to attend one. I know they're recorded, I need to go back and watch them. It would be cool if there was an entrepreneur dashboard so I could easily access and remember to re-watch. I'd love it if the office hours were scheduled three months-ish in advance so I could protect those times.
I’m torn because I absolutely love the heart of these ladies and this company, and the cover smells so good!! But I find myself not using the planner, partly because I haven’t built the habit and a little bit because there’s so many different steps to using it…tear off the edges, write lines instead of millions of dots everywhere, write in the hours, etc…before I even start actually mapping my day. It’s probably because I’m not much of a creative spirit - I don’t care about having lots of space for doodling, that’s actually stressful to me, I just want to organize my brain & life and for that I want TIDY🤣
So other than my personal struggle with the actual planner, it’s great! However I did notice the after 6 months, the stitching is unfortunately starting to come apart on the leather cover.

Excellent Quality
I will admit I bought the minimalist cover for the price point - and I was hesitant to spend so much on a planner system that I might not use! But I have been consistent over the last month and am loving the evergreen planning method. The leather is really lovely and it is very well made - excellent quality for the price. After having used it for a month though, I do wish I had a pocket or two and maybe a pen loop. So although I am enjoying it, I kind of wish I would’ve just gone for the heirloom cover!
