What happens when you order? Well, usually it collects with all of our other orders in a safe place in McCauley's fulfillment system.

Then, sometime during her week, she puts away the homeschool books, tucks 3 out of her 5 in for a nap, tosses her hair up into a messy bun, and hides away in the office to fulfill the latest stack of orders.

If your listing said "preorder" then we're allowing the orders to stack up so we can place a special order with a vendor. Otherwise, we have your inventory on hand and ready for McCauley to lovingly package in tissue and twine. 🤍

Customers regularly tell us how surprised they are with our lightening fast shipping (McCauley is a total task-crusher, y'all 💪🏻).

But we're not Amazon and sometimes things do still happen.

International Shipping

We're new to this international shipping gig (we had some lovelies in Canada guinea pig for us, and it's been swell!), so if you have any problems with getting your package across borders and overseas, just reach out and we'll brainstorm the problem with you!
